Windows XP Dial-Up Connection
1.
Click Start and highlight All Programs.
Scroll up to Accessories and scroll over to Communications
and click on New Connection Wizard.
2.The
New Connection Wizard window opens. This wizard will help guide you in
creating a new connection for dial up. Click Next proceed.
3.This
window allows you to select how you would like to connect to the
Internet. Click the second radio button located to the left of Set up
my connection manually and click Next.
4.This
window allows you to choose how you would physically connect to the
Internet. By default, Connect using a dial-up modem is chosen,
click next to continue.
5.This
particular window allows you to input a name for your dial-up
connection. In ISP name type "Kurdistan Net".
6.This
window allows you to input the number for dialing inter 2288 .
7.In
this window, enter in your user name which is knet and
password newroz
8.Lastly,
click the check box located to the left of Add a shortcut to this
connection to my desktop, and click Finish. Your dial-up
connection is now created.
